Houserules

House rules
In order to create a pleasant stay for you and the other guests, the following house rules have been established.

Buren 
Saromaja B&B is located in Ambt Delden. We have the space, but you are on private property, and we therefore ask our guests to consider the residents, neighbors, and other guests.

Parking
Parking is available on our property or in the carpool. Do not park on the neighbors' property.

Reservation
The correct number of persons per night must always be indicated when making a reservation. Room reservations are made on a availability basis.

Maximum occupancy rooms
Saromaja B&B has two rooms available for 2 adults.

In case of violation of the number of persons indicated on the reservation form, 100% of the overnight stay price will be charged per person in addition to the already owed overnight stay costs.

Check-in
Check-in is possible between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. You must indicate no later than one day before arrival at what time you expect to arrive, so that there is always someone present to welcome you. Later check-in is possible by arrangement.

Check-out
Check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure. Later check-out is possible by arrangement.

Access
Upon arrival, you will receive a code to enter the room. You are responsible for remembering the access code and turning off the lights and any air conditioning. When checking out, the key must be returned.

Breakfast
Breakfast, if reserved, is served in the kitchen.

Kitchen Equipment
It is not permitted to bring your own household appliances to our B&B.
This includes, among others, (gas) cooking plates, deep fryers, air fryers, pizzarettes, and gourmet fondue sets. It is also not permitted to connect heaters without consultation.

Bed linen and towels
For longer stays, individual arrangements will be made regarding the desire for clean towels, clean bed linen, cleaning and breakfast.

Guaranteed Hygiene
It is not allowed to sleep on the beds without sheets and pillowcases. If during the stay non-removable stains are created in the mattress, duvet, pillows or towels, Saromaja B&B will charge the guest for the resulting cleaning and/or replacement costs.

Prices
The prices include gas, water, electricity, bed/bath linen. Breakfast can be booked separately at an additional cost.

The use of coffee and tea is free.

Free use of Wifi, television and parking facilities in the vicinity of the accommodation.

In the unlikely event that the services such as television and/or Wifi do not function properly during your stay, this does not entitle the guest to a refund of the full or partial amount of the room price owed.

Noise
We ask our guests to refrain from making loud noises in their rented room. All music and other sounds, regardless of how they are produced, must be kept at a volume that does not disturb other guests or neighbors. Music is not allowed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

We kindly request that guests be mindful of noise levels throughout the entire premises.

Waste
You can deposit rubbish in the designated waste bins.

Pets
Pets are welcome. A dog must be registered and paid for in advance. The following conditions apply.
- The dog must be on a leash on the property;
- The dog must be taken outside the property;
- The dog is not allowed on the bed;
- In shared spaces, consideration must be given to other guests;
- The dog must not be left unattended inside or near the B&B

In the event of the discovery or suspicion of the user's non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions, Saromaja B&B has the right to refuse access to the room without further notice, without refunding the accommodation costs.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in all rooms. In consultation, smoking is allowed on the balcony and/or terrace outside as long as other guests are not disturbed. The premises must remain free of cigarettes, therefore cigarettes should be left in the provided ashtrays. It is not allowed to burn candles in the B&B.

Alcohol and (soft) drugs
Alcohol abuse is not allowed, so enjoy but drink in moderation.   It is prohibited at Saromaja B&B to possess, use and/or traffic drugs.

Internet
We offer you a free Wifi network. The user shall refrain from visiting websites that have an unlawful character or do not comply with our policy. If it is found or suspected that third parties are being disturbed and/or (other) internet abuse is committed by the user, Saromaja B&B has the right to block access to the internet without further notice and to refuse access to the room without refunding the accommodation costs. If necessary, we can warn the appropriate authorities.

Liability
We are not liable in any way for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay. If damage is caused to the rooms or their furnishings during your stay, you must inform us of this.

Nuisance
In case of any kind of nuisance, Saromaja B&B is entitled to deny you further access to the room and the premises without giving reasons.
